She has built a solid reputation for supporting Founders and CEO’s across many different industries, united behind the vision to grow. Unlike many others she provides her mentoring based on her real life experiences gained from four diverse CEO roles and as a  successful sales leader of 20+ years.

StratAspire Business Growth Workshops

These workshops are based on Amanda’s experience of growing several NZ companies as the CEO. She has identified 4 key factors for growth success and the workshops are built around these foundations. The workshops aim to share her experience as CEO and advisor to many growth companies and the lessons she and they have learnt.

Each workshop is 2 hours long and highly interactive. They can be run 1:1 or with small groups of companies together. They are aimed at founders, CEOs and senior leaders. The order can be tailored.

1) Scaling up the business, staffing

In this interactive workshop we will discuss the decision to hire staff and factors that impact this when you are a small business. We will teach you how to assess the implications: financial, cultural, legal and how to understand the skills you will need to ensure the business remains sustainable. We will introduce creative ideas and confidence to do this as well as bringing clarity to the cost of not growing.

2) Scaling up the business, strategy

In this interactive workshop we will teach you about what strategy is and why it is critical to your business. We will explain what tools can help with strategic thinking but also get you thinking ahead on the right Governance and how to spend time working on the business instead of in it.

3) Scaling up the business, culture

We will explain the challenge between modern business concepts and the old hierarchical ones and how they co-exist. We want to prepare you for the culture you have today and what will help you grow both in terms of client attraction and staff attraction. We will also touch on accountability and the challenges of a changing workforce.

4) Scaling up the business, leadership

We know that your future leadership team is going to be critical to your success, but this may seem far away at this point. We will teach you about the leadership skills you need now and what you will be looking for in others as you grow. We will help you understand business planning and business cases as these will be critical now and for the future.

5) Scaling up the business, sales

Without sales there is no growth. We explain why sales has to be repeatable and work like a machine. We explain about the sales process, CRM tools, importance of qualification and the powershift. We also will teach you about the right sales methodology for your offering and the tips and tricks of hiring good salespeople.

6) Scaling up the business challenges

In this interactive workshop, Amanda will focus on individual scaling challenges you face and work through with you taking all the learnings from the previous scaling up the business workshops and work them through with you in these real-life scenarios.
